Not picking up dog poop can be expensive. Outbound Hound created a list in 2021 of some dog poop fines in major cities across the U.S. The fines ranged from $50 to $2,000 depending on the location. For example, Washington, D.C.’s fine was listed as anywhere from $150 to $2,000. However, in Boston, it was just $50 to $100. Picking up dog poop is no joke.
